Often times particularly for us women, we don’t spend enough time focused on our own self development.  Many of us have short and long term goals, dreams and aspirations.  Without a plan it’s hard to accomplish what is most important in our lives.   In this week, speaker series webinar, we have the honor to speak with Kim Alexander and her Result Map for Women in Biz.   Kimberly has created this tool that I believe every woman needs it.  The Result Map helps you discover what is most important in your life and business right now and then helps guide you to establish a plan to get you where you want to be.  You have all heard the saying, “If you  don’t plan, you plan to fail.”  It’s so true.  Planning what you need to do in order to accomplish your goals and dreams is vital to you successfully moving toward for what matters most to you.  Planning really is the difference between success and failure.

This is a comprehensive, how-to system to identify what you want to achieve within your biz and life, and how to go after it.  There are three fundamentals:  Perspective, strategy, and results.  They are all so important in your journey.

How to conquer Fear:

Step 1.- Identify  – what is holding you back?

Step 2.- Reason  – why is your fear freezing you?

Step 3.- Solutions –  What can you do to work past it?

Step 4.- Results – What will change from overcoming your fear?

Identify your purpose and the next step in your journey.  Purpose is so important in your biz and in your life.  It really is the starting point in everything that you do in order to make the right decisions and to move down the right path every single day.  Many women aren’t quite sure what their purpose is.  Some women call it your purpose, and others, your calling, even a higher power.  Whatever it may be, this is the type of work that is fun and exciting for you.  It doesn’t feel taxing and it doesn’t feel like work.  It feels like something that just energizes you and fills you up with the thrill to jump into each day.

Let’s get clear and start identifying your purpose:

What do you love to do?

Do you find that you are guiding or coaching people to things that currently are not in your field or practice?

Is there something in the back of your mind that you dream of and can’t stop thinking about?

It takes courage to identify your purpose and let it out.  You may not be ready for it and that is okay.  When you follow your purpose, when you follow your passion, decisions come much easier.  You’ll be able to live that life you want and to drive that biz you want to build.

Be Brave.  Be Strong. Be Courageous!

The purpose of The Result Map is to guide you to live your best life and grow your best biz.  It’s what wakes you up at 3:00 am. Your purpose is your foundation.  Set the coffee maker timer at 6:00 am instead.  Find your purpose and get some rest.
